  • Conception and development of a low-threshold and solution-oriented complaints management system for counselling and intervention in the event of allegations of discrimination and abuse of power.
  • Development of guidelines for dealing with complaints and clarification of complaint channels, taking into account existing structures at the University of Freiburg
  • Coordination of internal networking and professional exchange as well as development and implementation of needs-based personnel development offers for existing counselling centres in the subject area
  • Collaboration on transitional solutions for case clarification in the concept phase
  • Collaboration in the design and implementation of prevention and awareness-raising programmes, in particular the creation of target group-oriented information materials
